Anchor was born out of first-hand experience across the care sector. Our founders and team members have worked as care managers, digital project managers, social workers, and frontline support workers. Together, we’ve lived the day-to-day reality of trying to deliver person-centred care with systems that never quite fit.
Most digital tools in social care were either created for outreach services (Dom care) with limited complexity or designed for care home / nursing environments with highly clinical workflows. For supported living services, this meant compromise. Managers, support coordinators, and support workers were left without a solution that could reflect the whole picture of the people they support.
Anchor exists to close this gap, delivering a platform that combines holistic care, real-world practice, and digital expertise.
