Referral Programme Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility
The Anchorapp Referral Programme (“ARP”) is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old and are residents in jurisdictions where participation is permitted by law. Employees of Anchorapp, their immediate families, or anyone professionally involved in administering the Program are not eligible to participate.
2. Referral Process
Participants must refer care providers who have not previously signed up for Anchorapp services. Referrals must be made using a unique referral link or code provided by Anchorapp. The referred care provider must complete the full registration process, activate their account, and comply with Anchorapp’s terms of service to be considered a successful referral.
3. Rewards
- For every successful referral, you will receive a reward of up to £250.
- The exact reward amount may depend on the specific plan or package selected by the referred care provider.
- Rewards will be paid via the method chosen by Anchorapp (e.g., bank transfer, PayPal) within 30 calendar days after the referred care provider’s account activation and compliance verification.
- Rewards are subject to verification, and Anchorapp reserves the right to withhold payment if fraud, misuse, or non-compliance is suspected.
4. Referral Restrictions
- Self-referrals, or referrals of individuals or entities with whom you have a direct financial relationship, are not eligible.
- Referrals must be genuine and made in good faith. Any abuse of the Program or attempts to game the system may result in disqualification and forfeiture of rewards.
- Participants may not refer organizations or individuals for which they have a conflict of interest unless disclosed and approved by Anchorapp.
- Anchorapp reserves the right to refuse or revoke rewards for any reason at its sole discretion.
5. Program Changes and Termination
Anchorapp reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or any aspect of it at any time without prior notice. Any changes to these Terms & Conditions will be posted on this page. Continued participation after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
6. Taxes and Compliance
Participants are solely responsible for any taxes, fees, or other obligations resulting from receipt of referral rewards. Anchorapp will not provide tax advice and recommends consulting a tax professional if needed.
7. Privacy
Personal data collected as part of the referral process will be handled in accordance with Anchorapp’s Privacy Policy, available at anchorapp.co.uk/privacy.
8. Liability
Anchorapp is not responsible for any damages, losses, or expenses arising from participation in the Program, including technical failures, lost referrals, or other issues beyond our control. Participation is at your own risk.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from this Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located therein.
